Deborah: These no longer are recorded in our record rooms- There used to be a listing in Fairfax county of all environmental liens- this was in the new clerk's office, not  the old one on Chain Bridge Rd and 236.
The only ones we had here were out in Front Royal at the NASA Avtex plant- other than that the reporting of environmental liens or spills can be found in some of the deeds coming out of the USA, such as the closing of Lorton- they list all of the potential areas of concern and what was done to correct them- Take a look at db 12903/428 to the FX Co Sch Bd and
13112/2169 corr 13116/2200 deeds out of the USA for more details- these were the outsales of the 3000 ac that was originally acquired for the Lorton Prison facility. I have the original deed into the USA back in 1906 somewhere, if I find it again I will send that reference to you also.
