Thanks Kevin,

 This 20 rules ? is one I have seen before. When one goes through this there are some very gray areas. I count 9 that say empolyer/employee relationship. Than there are those gray areas that are ?able.
 These companies continue to walk that fine line.  What I get a kick out of is the E & O insurance. Especially after they ask for u to reduce your prices!!! Can anyone tell me why they are called title insurance agencies??? They are the one who is insuring the file..............
