Scott: One of the ways I prove that I am searching all that needs to be searched, especially when it has come into question, is to provide the documentation to support my search- as in a copy of the index to verify that something is there or not-or a copy of the abstract of judgment - what ever is needed to prove to "them" that you are doing what you say- then the burden of the slanderers will be to do the same. You won't have to continue that for very long- and the bad guys will be the ones that have shown they might not be as thorough as you are and being a little more than vengeful of your good name and company by making such false statements. Your client or agent will certainly see through the falsehood they are spreading.The damage will be with them then.
