And Greenspan just said "If you think this is bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet."  (OK...so I'm paraphrasing....that's not an exact quote.  And I didn't hear it myself -- it's also hearsay.)
Watched Neil Cavuto last week with three real estate "experts."  One said we're on the way; one said we're on the way down; and one said we could be on the way up, but don't know yet.

Who knows?  Just hang in there!
