Loretta: Other than saying "No Thanks" as others have suggested- You can always shut these requests down with either a much, and reasonable, higher quote for your services- they don't seem to want to talk when that is done, The other thing that you can also do is let them know that you and your company will not be involved with any section 8 violations by the marking up of fees listed ,being paid to you ,on lines 1102 and 1103 of the HUD. The section 8 violations by marking up our fees to pad their bottom lines is something that those that do it think they can get away with it- when in fact the fines are about $7000/event- and they will get caught- look at Fountain Head  in Maryland. There are others in Md that are just stealing their customers blind under the lines I have noted, but have not been caught yet!! ( what does charging $100 for "hand recording" of the docs sound like to you?)
