I have read some of the comments and concerns posted on the Notary Rotary and would like to once again extend an invitation to all to fax me a copy of their outstanding invoices, if any, to 800-878-4322 or email to cmclucas@titlestream.com so that I may take the time to review them. We have gone through some phenomenal growth over the last 8-10 months and as such have taxed our operating systems. This has caused several issues with data migration and loss of data regarding both payables and receivables. We are slowly trying to rectify this situation and understand the frustration that you feel whereas we are feeling the same frustration with our receivables.
I am surprised that I have not received more emails and faxes comensurate with the amount of negativity posted to the site. I would encourage anyone with an issue to fax me a copy of their invoices so that I can look into the situation. This invitation however does not mean that I will stop all operations at the company to address the invoice. I will certainly make it a priority to address the invoices with the staff and supply an answer regarding outstanding payments.
