Companies can hire someone to sit at a desk anywhere in the country and grab a copy of a deed right here in Maryland. I am fortunate enough that, in the counties I cover, you cannot call Property Insight to order judgments. I still have to do the old fashion book pulling off of the wall.

I probably will get a part time job. I have to beat and bang on some clients to pay me. I got paid last Friday from a title company that I did work for in November of 2006, come on, that is ridiculous!!! Title companies get paid within a few weeks of the file closing and they pay me 10 months later.
I refuse to lower my fees to what some have lowered theirs to, it's just not worth it to me, I have stuck to my guns, we are praying really hard for a breakthrough. I have 3 kids and we are feeling the pinch right now. I have been networking hard the last couple of weeks and I have added another county, in another state, to the counties I already cover beacause they are not online down there.
