Wow, the subject line of this post had me a bit worried. I agree with the previous posts. I'd say yes but charge them a recording fee per mortgage. Trust me, this is fairly tame compared to some of the _hit I've been asked to do in this business lately.  I'm surprised they didn't ask you to pick up the mortgages and then pay them a "recording referral fee" to file it for them.
