Source of Title Forums: Re: "Property Insights"????

Are you saying that you CANNOT check judgments at the county? You HAVE TO use a private company for that? That doesn't seem right to me... if the liens are filed with the county they are public record - if they aren't filed with the county, I would think that they would not attach to the property.

I guess I just don't get it.
