Most title companies have Property Insight accounts. To tell you the truth, Property Insight is no more than an abstractor checking judgments. One county I use to do in Maryland, I would (along with almost every other abstractor there) order judgments through property insights and not go to the courthouse for judgment copies unless Property Insight said that there were judgments on a specific name.
