That is interesting, David, and I am glad it has been lucrative for you. I was thinking about potential clients for such services in our community. I think the only companies that would pay for such leads would be hungry mortgage brokers. Unfortunately, I can't think of "reputable" mortgage brokers around here that I would want to provide the information too. The last thing I want to do is add to the predatory lending problem.
In Ohio, predatory lending has been a rather distressing problem. Ohio is one of the worst states when it comes to lending practices and we have one of the highest foreclosure rates in the country.
Good suggestion though... I appreciate you sharing it with all of us.
