Resource Confidential (nka RCI or eRecord data) seemingly has been sold to a Long Island entity.  I was informed of this a few weeks back when I called concerning back invoices.  Same scenario for myself and another searcher in  Hudson Valley, NY region:  Naz Bernardo called concerning payment schedueles and then was "out of the office" for the rest of the time I had any dealings with company.  This supposed new company seems to have retained the employees but were very clear in stating that they were not going to pay any invoices prior to february of 2007.  The other searcher was told that they weren't sold, but that Resource Confidential had just closed down and this new company was a complete seperate entity.
