Do I dear sink my toes into this?

Kevin & Others - We can choose to make any decision we wish.  I feel, that Wayne has shown a willingness to make amends for past mistakes by his former company (which he DID NOT own).  I think he has appeared on this board very humbly. He is only asking that we give him a chance.  The choice is obviously yours to make as to whether you will extend credit to Eclipse.  Yes we have all been burned by other companies, we all have scars.  But the difference between Wayne and those other companies is that he is not hiding from us, he is willing to speak with us, individually. 

I have a several year business relationship with Wayne, I think he is a stand-up guy.  He has always been straight forward with me.

Please don't let me sway your decision by standing up for Wayne either.  Like I said, we have a "business" relationship and obviously through his former company that relationship had it's shakey days. I took an hour and spoke with Wayne at length about his organization and what he is trying to accomplish. I am personally going to extend that credit with the expectation that he will come through on his promise.  I think he understands that if he doesn't pay, even 1 vendor, it will be all over this board and discussed at length.
