That is a good point... and I would completely agree with you if our records would allow us to conduct a thorough search online.  Unfortunately, there isn't enough info available and we would have to go to the courthouse anyway.  I wouldn't send anything out to clients relying solely on what our counties have online:  too many gaps.

Besides, if your potential clients can search online too, that may be part of the reason that you don't have the work to keep you busy.  What good is 24 hour access if you don't have any work to do?  Just an observation... there are some pretty big downsides to go along with the convenience of the access.
