I agree. The housing prices outstripped the buyer's wages and ability to purchase. The interest rates are still pretty good...went up slightly this week on a 30 year fixed rate to 6.4%. I think after the seasonal winter slow down things should be pretty good come Spring...They aren't that bad now in so far as weekly volume of closings are concerned.
