Ignorance is bliss. I love the correlation of Title Insurance to Casualty Insurance. These people are just never going to get it, we protect against decrepancies in the past, not the future. This is the foremost reason NALTEA needs to get out there and educate Realtors and Mortgage Brokers about what we do so they can pass it on to their clients.
