So, curiously, how does the mileage deal work?  If you have orders for 5 different clients in one county do all of them pay the mileage? 

I had an attorney that did that... he had a hearing for me and 3 others in the same court.  He charged each of us for his commuting time to and from the courthouse.  What a gig that is.  He got to bill for 2 hours for a half hour trip.  I think their is a word for that... "CROOK."
