I never once said having a E/O policy is all an abstractor needs. We are a title insurance agency so let me tell you a thing or two about liability. It is very sad that you don't trust your son. I would imagine your issues on trust affect you greatly in all areas of your life. For that, I am truly sorry. Do some research first!
