So true, Lisa.  I suggested to David that he compose a list of folks in regional areas who would get the word out not only to county and state offices but also to the public - the group of people most unaware and most likely to promote change.  However, his time is limited and he shouldn't even have to do this.  Abstractors reading this should contact David and ask what they can do to help.  He has extensive collateral material that only needs to be copied and delivered.
