Generally, for anything that goes above and beyond a typical current owner search is an additional $5.  You want a two owner chain?  It's another $5.  A copy of a tax map?  $5.  A copy of a tax bill instead of abstracted info? $5.  PMM info? $5.  I haven't had any complaints and most of this stuff isn't a real big deal to add on.
