Thanks for your input.  I have some outstanding invoices from them as well.

We recently received an inquiry about our services from another company out of Minnesota.  They sent us a couple of orders, and we informed them that we require all new clients to complete and sign our Client Services Agreement.  I found their completed Agreement on the fax when I got back to the office this afternoon.  The info they provided says they have only been in business since 2005.

Long story short, after searching our database, I discovered that the CEO and CFO are the same individuals that we show as contacts for, guess who?  That's right, kids...Go Title Direct!

I'm going to give this fellow a call on Monday to hear his side of things, but right now, it doesn't look like I'll be giving any priority to this company's work.

Moral of story:  Get It In Writing!  It will save you countless headaches and heartaches in the long run!
