How's this one.  I have an order from a client that specifies "Current Owner back at least 99 years to WD for value."  Then later says "2 Owner Search , not to exceed 40 years."  How do you do this search?

I called and they weren't sure, but they told me to do the 2 Owner Search.  However, when I told her it was commercial (which they also had on the order) and it would be more than our normal fee - they told me to hold it until they checked with the manager.
