Also with regard to the 35.00 fee - when someone says that is what they are charging around me - how do they know - do they think they will tell the truth when called - do you really think that all companies are telling the truth - sometimes I think they say that to see if they can get someone cheaper.  And maybe it's when you went into business - maybe some companies did go down for awhile - I know some of my abstractor friends said they did and then decided they were working too hard for the money and returned to the amount they were charging.
