Amanda, I had some communication with them a few years ago inquiring on what they do.  At the time they were an AZ search company primarily working on environmental site assessments. Those assessments include a number of things, one being a 50-60 years chain of title with all leases and easements. They usually outsourced that job to a local searcher, as in your case.

I used to do a lot of these type searches with a former employer years ago in TX. In recent years, through their website (www. netronline.com), they offer property reports in cetain counties, a newsletter, and an usually up to date listing of all county recorders & assessor offices (plus others), their contact phone number and online link (if one exists), among other things. They've been around for at least 10 years.
