Well I was not offended - however, the person - do you see that I am not calling this person an abstractor - and the reason being - they asked me how to do the work - doesn't take a rocket scientist to have doubt on "how do you do this" - never seen this person before - from the looks of things probably took the 3 month onlline course and slept through the entire program.  Now all of us abstractors will say - where do you find this - I forgot, etc - on rare occassion things - but this person basically didn't know what a Deed of Trust was.
