Thank you Smitty and Judy. This has been my experience as well. But we are being told by some who post here that online searching is the, "Wave of the Future" and what our clients want. We are told it is "progress". It is none of the above and it is NOT what our clients are demanding. Our clients are demanding speed, accuracy and cost efficiency just as they always have. This can and is being achieved without resorting to online searches which are known to be incomplete and inaccurate.
