Except for my Date of Birth, every single one of these is public record that can be perused by any person at the County Courthouse.  The 2 reasons my DOB wouldn't be Birth and Death Records are Sealed in NY, and my particular Birth Certificate is under Specific Court Seal which requires an act of the Legislature of the State of Oklahoma to be released (believe me, I've tried).
