The type 3 and type 4 were new to me.  I have done this work for thirty years and I've never heard of these.  It must be something the national vendors came up with to differentiate the amount of information they want.
To go back to an earlier post, I just do a search the way I always have and the client can use or not use the information I provide.  I just do a search based on the local bar standards.    Doug
