Let me PS myself - I'm adding a little thought to your liability - most of these are done to place cell phone transmission towers - and not just one but many times one on top of the other - Sprint on top of ATT on top of Cingular, etc.  - i.e, you not only miss a large judgment, etc - but you miss that easement that someone has on that little piece of property that all these people put those towers up on - you have all these little companies suing your little ass for the large sums of money they expended putting those towers on top of each other :) - and :) that is double smiles - so all the little folks who took those online researcher courses and are probably doing these and the companies that are "smart" enough to hire them because they are the cheapest - well smiles again - when the lawsuits come rolling in.
