Sorry Judy for everyone ignoring you....Skipjack is just simply a program that Chesapeake Appraisal and Settlement Solutions is implementing for order placement.  It is a program that is ran by a computer system that selects vendor/abstractors in a proprietory manner based on criteria determined by how fast the order is returned and error ratio staying low.  In other words, the faster you return the orders with the least amount of errors - the more work you get.  If the Test order is any indication.....it was dated November 5 and supposed to be due by November 8.  We recieved it in our office today - November 11th. I tried faxing back confirmation - but the fax number has been busy all day and the phone number is not serviced in my area. Hmmm....
