I am running into this exact same thing!! Except a small difference. My client sends me the order, I do it in 48 hour or less turn around, fax it back and they recieve it. Then a manager comes along and cancels, saying "Duplicate order". This has happened about 6 times now. My solution has been to go up the chain of command until I get some real answers. Hasn't worked yet, but I'm also going to try what was recommended ealier by Kevin Ahern.
