I have some questions as well. I just can't think right now, it's 1am and tomorrow is the first day of school for my kids.  
What can I do if I get a bad response from a company that rated me bad when in fact I was not?
My only other response to this is: let's face it, no one "really" wants to rate someone good, that will give someone the opportunity to come in and undercut my prices, if they are in my coverage area. I did not really think about this until I decided to rate one company and now I wish that I did not.
 I'm not a member of the NALTEA yet, but maybe the only people that should be able to rate a business should be a member of NALTEA, just like the hot list.
