The fact is, I have never had a problem with Service Link so unless I know that they owe you $12,000 (oh my gosh), I would still think that they are a good company. That would be my opinion before you said that they owed you that much money.

I also think that since we are all in this together, we should start listing the companies that owe us money and let the abstractors see for themselves.

I personally think, that this much discussion about the hot list, (I am right here in it too), maybe it should be done away with if there is too much conflict around it and if you find an abstractor in another state that posts on here and that you (me or anyone else)  like, you can share your companies with them personally.
