I do MUCH work for Navy Federal here in Virginia Beach. Being Va Beach and Norfolk courthouses are within 30 minutes of each other and Norfolk being the Biggest Navy port in the world, we have MUCH Navy Federal work. They are not a spin off of ATM, they just use ATM's computer programs. Their work is demanding like ATM's, BUT, and a big BUT, Navy federal pays GREAT!!!!! They even have an online invoicing area on their web site. You type in their order number, your fee and when you are done, they email your report to you with an estimated time of check payment date, and you get it. Really, I have never had one late too. I really like their vendor reps too. EVeryone there is really easy going and easy to deal with. But they are very competitive as far as what venfors they use. Turn time and fees are a big issue. 6-12 hour turn time on current owners. And they give you turn time reports like ATM does too. You can lower your fees all you want to get the work and theydon't care. Its all turn time based. Which is a good thing for us. Since we are all trying to make money. Let me know if anyone else has questions about them.
As for Penn and them, I lived and searches in PA before I moved to Va 10 years ago (In berks) so I don't know what has changed up there but Navy Fed will mist likelyhave work in the Philly area since there is a Navy Shipyard there.
