The real issues that we are concerned with are there counties in PA that takes months before things recorded? For example a county in MD takes on average takes 4-5 months. It has to go through the Treasurer's Office, the Assesor and finally the Recorder's office.

We are currently looking for local abstractors in the area. With E&O insurance and at least 3 years of experience. Turn around time is 6-12 hours (business hours)
