The only potential problem you may encounter is the mail backlog in some of the larger counties. For example, Allegheny county, according to my sources, is at least 3 weeks to a month and a half behind from the time a document reaches the Recorder's office to the time it is put on record.

I would strongly suggest that if you are concerned about securing your client's lien position, that you forward your recordings to a company who will hand-carry the docs to the courthouse. There are many fine companies advertising on Source of Title who provide this service, and at the risk of sounding self-serving, that is a function that my company can perform for you.
