Hi, Helene!

We use the County Locator, it's available from BRB Publications, (www.brbpub.com) and it is a very good resource for verifying the location of obscure towns. In cases where a town may be situated in two or three counties, it lists what percentage of the town lies in each county.

For us, it's been well worth the investment and has paid for itself in fuel and time saved.
