I would check to see if Home Connect is a SOT member, if they are. I then call Robert Franco and tell what going on. He may then know someone at HC. I would also let HC know that every SOT member has been warned about how they don't pay or acknowledge you.

Which is true, for I won't take them on as a client, unless they prepay.

I would suggest you put on the orders you rec'd. You require "Pre-payment" before you can start the exam. That way, at least you can pay for current to future work and still chase them for overdue portion.
