The norm for me would be 20-25 c/o searches, now I am lucky I get a couple. Lately, all I have been getting are some very nasty full titles. Two for our state highway. It took almost three weeks just to complete them.

Today, it was busy at the Plymouth Registry Mass; however, I only been solo for little more than a year.
Not by choice, rather by ecomony.

Sometimes, I miss the days of a steady weekly paycheck, paid vacations, paid holidays and paid sick time. However, I would miss the opportunity of being so INDEPENDENT tackling the world!! lol

Now it is the 21st century, I think we better ban together to become stronger to keep the financial industry aware the importanace of our craft is in marketplace. Imagine, what havoc buying a home, business would be, if no one did any research on the title!!

How many times have we found kinks in a title that if was not cured or dealt with would have cost thousands of dollars later to fixed!!

I know have!!

I am sure we all tell a war story or two about a exam.
