Hey Cleofi ! Even though I like Monica's version best, I hope the explanation below is what's happening.. :o)

Greenlink does the same thing but it is viewed as a courtesy to *you*. When I became backlogged a few months ago (ahhh..those were the days!) I called to let them know a few orders would be later than promised and why. They were very kind and said they would take me out of the system and of course I screamed NO!! She explained it was so that no one would call to disturb me until I asked to be put back in as 'active', which I requested a few days later, and the next day orders began again. I hope this is the same situation for you!
