Hi Dana,  I am a licensed education provider and a Certified Distance Education Instructor with the national Association of Real Estate Licensing Law Officers. Closers in Minnesota have to be licensed and pass an exam. I have written the pre-license course for that exam. I also wrote the NALTEA.org original abstractor study course and I have taught for ALTA.  I have a National online abstract course at  www.Landrecs.com that is available 24/7 as a study guide and training manual. Learners can log in and out and review Q&A as often as they wish.  Let me know if you have questions. Be aware, though, that all states have their own variations, and the course can't cover all the details, but it will give an excellent overview.
