I contacted Security Connections (www.security-connect.com), also 1-800-894-0742 and talked to Kira, a rep. from the company. They are a document retrival company and rarely do they ask for a title search. I have not heard from them before but, I'm willing to give them a try and if they work out we will add them to the Hot list. They do have some strict requirements in their policy and procedure manual, but if you follow them you should be alright. I also checked them with the Idaho and national BBB with no negative reports found. We are turning in our paperwork tomorrow. Make sure you work in any shipping costs on your certified copies to them into your fees. They do not pay for shipping and require a tracking number when they are sent. You can fax all your non-certified copies. Also they will call the courthouse for copy cost charges. Good luck! Jay
