The best thing I could come up with was using Adobe Acrobat, but the files turn out to be huge and I can't send them anyway. I am not sure how to get a PDF file smaller. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, I have been struggling with the same thing. Some of my clients want PDF files and I can't seem to get them to go through because of their size. I am fine with doc files though.
