Recently looking for other alternatives to keep busy during the slow times, a friend who is a Real Estate Agent told me that people who are doing FSBO (For Sale By Owner) would need these services ... I haven't had to utilize this avenue yet, but I thought for a moment, and the possibilities are endless with this segment of the market... I did a little research and FSBO.com offers a package to owners who list with them that does include title searches, but I did not get their pricing yet.... For that part we may be able to cut their pricing? When I find out a little more on this, I think that this will be a hot avenue to venture into.... If anyone has had any experience or trials and tribulations in this area please let me know more as well...
