I have stored abstractor contact information including a brief description of the connection (such as resume, Linked In, Redvision, Clear to Close, Referral from XX, etc) over the past 20 plus years, many of whom I have worked with previously and many more that are contacts I have gained through my over 4,000 Linked In connections.  Networking is not unusual nor unethical.

Building relationships provides opportunities to grow and expand business relationships. In some cases nothing will come of the introduction due to turn times, costs or simply that there is not a immediate business need at the time; however by completing the process to get signed up and approved means that in the future if the opportunity is there then the work will be sent to the abstractor who completes the process.

Punctual abstract has been in business with the same ownership since 1993 and has a great reputation for payment to their vendor panel and treats their vendors with respect.  They are continuing to expand into markets that they have not previously served so there is a business need to expand their current vendor network with local abstractors who perform work at courthouse level.  They are only interested in working with abstractors who are able to provide excellent quality work at a fair price and quick turn arounds work... once again at courthouse level.
