Sam R does it again (I LOVE THIS GUY!)

I definitely am seeing a shift in the industry and a growing trend. I am pretty sure if ENOUGH title search companies began implementing advanced-pay policies and held fast, you should see industry-changing results by the end of 2018. I know Altisource four years ago was one of the companies who paid post-search after monthly order tracking. Is this still true?
