I am in Mississippi where there are only a couple of counties that offer their records online for public access. I hear a lot about people doing searches online and the work being outsourced to India, etc, and was curious....what states offer all of their records online and how does a title plant work? Do you pay to have access? Do their records go back far enough to do a thorough search?
I personally like being physically in the court house doing the search - I feel that it is much more efficient and reliable, but would love to check out some of these online just to see what it's all about.
