PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STERLING TITLE (or TITLE WORKS).  Kellie Clifford nka Kellie Pajak orders abstracting work and she will not or cannot pay.  She has left my company with a rather large outstanding debt, but somehow continues to do business as Sterling Title.   

Now for those of you who don't get why we don't require upfront payment.... I would love to do so, but none of my competitors in Minnesota require pre-payment so I'd have no business if that was a condition of doing business with my company.
