I don't think that's true.  I think some people don't realize they ARE talking to India and that's why they take on the client.  Believe me, you really have to dig deep sometimes to see they are actually India and a few of them actually have American "front men" answering the phone here in the U.S. 

So DIG DEEP before you accept a new client.  Pretty much everyone here does that, but there are many out there who are too new and inexperienced AND aren't checking SOT.
