Anyone ever heard of this company? They emailed a request for two current owner searches. I sent them and then they told me I did not send what they requested (a deed and yes I did and a copy of a death certificate, which I did not due one not being recorded. One of the owners had taken out a mortgage as ‘surviving spouse’ in 2018. Because of this they cancelled.

They may be an Indian co. in Irving TX
